At The Helm is a member-owned and member-led, not-for-profit membership group for business owners and leaders with the ability to drive change within their organisation. Our mission is to share ideas, learn and grow our businesses together in a trusted and confidential space.
Our members are a diverse group of leaders based across the North West and Yorkshire regions, united by a common ambition - to become the very best version of themselves, both professionally and personally. Because leadership shouldn’t be a solitary journey.
Leadership at the helm
Our group is run by members, for the members. Each meeting is helmed by a selected member from our Guiding Group - highly experienced senior leaders who have excelled in their respective fields and hold a range of board and advisory roles. They understand first-hand the complexities and pressures of leadership because they have navigated them themselves.
Carefully selected for their judgement, experience and ability to guide others, they play a vital role in helping members reflect, challenge their thinking and steer a clearer course forward.
